Payments accepted: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Mobile Money (subject to availability). Transactions are secure (SSL encryption, 3-D Secure). Products remain the property of Emra Skin until full payment.

Delivery to France, Europe, and International. Approximate delivery times: France 2–4 working days, Europe 3–6, International 5–10. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery. In the event of an incorrect address or unclaimed package, a new shipment may be charged.

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to withdraw from the purchase upon receipt of the product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The refund includes the price paid and standard delivery costs and will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return. Exceptions: products unsealed or used for hygiene reasons.

Accepted products: unused, unopened, in their original packaging, returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of defective products. Refunds will be issued within 5 to 7 business days after validation.

Emra Skin is bound by legal guarantees: conformity (2 years, art. L217-3 C. conso) and hidden defects (art. 1641 C. civ.). The customer can take action by sending his request to contact@emra-skin.com with proof of purchase and description of the defect.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is”. Their use is at your sole risk. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of them.

Some content or services may come from third parties. We are not responsible for external content or transactions with these third parties. Please read their policies before any transaction.

Any comments or content submitted to Emra Skin may be used freely. Defamatory, offensive, or otherwise infringing comments are prohibited. Emra Skin reserves the right to moderation.

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, and after failure to resolve the dispute amicably or through mediation, the matter will be referred to the competent French courts. EU consumers benefit from the mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
