How to place an order on emra-skin.com?

Go to the desired product page, select your options, then click "Add to Cart." Once your cart is validated, follow the secure payment steps to finalize your order.

Rest of the world: 5 to 10 working days

How do I track my order?

No. Emra Skin is a selective platform that distributes premium skincare products from partner brands such as 24K SkinTech. Each product is selected for its quality, effectiveness, and compatibility with our routines.

Are the treatments suitable for all skin types?

Yes. Our selection covers all skin types, with special attention to the needs of pigmented, sensitive, or spot-prone skin.

How to choose the right products?

Use our “Diagnosis & Rituals” tool to receive a personalized routine based on your skin type, concerns and preferences.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to return an unused product to us in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

How to request a refund?

Contact our customer service at support@emra-skin.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Are opened or used products refundable?

No. For hygiene reasons, only unopened and unused products can be refunded.
